3-Axis Gantry Truss Robotic Arm

3-Axis Gantry Truss Robotic Arm features an integral steel frame and full servo drive, with three models covering 5kg–10kg loads for one-stop CNC automation. 60m/min speed and ±0.1mm repeatability ensure high output without compromising quality. The weld-free structure ships ready-to-run, adapting to new or existing lines with no site work. Handling steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and plastics across shafts, flanges, sleeves, valve parts, and more—it empowers precision workshops with rigid, stable automation for cost-effective smart transformation.

CNC Vibratory bowl Feeders

CNC vibratory bowl feeder tackles the three most persistent headaches in small-part loading: disorientation, jamming, and misalignment. Driven by frictionless electromagnetic vibration, parts move quietly and smoothly into the machine in orderly succession – even irregular components are precisely oriented by the correction track. With ±0.1~±0.5mm positioning accuracy and >99.9% sorting reliability, feed rate adjusts dynamically to match machining takt time. Built from one-piece high-strength material with no wearable parts, it requires only routine cleaning. Suitable for screws, bearings, and custom-shaped parts, it enables quick changeover for high-mix low-volume lines, slashing manual sorting labor and idle waiting time.

CNC Machine-tool Manipulator

CNC machine-tool manipulator integrates servo drive with high-precision sensing. Models cover 4–35kg payloads with ±0.02~0.05mm repeatability (model-dependent), accommodating shafts, discs, and irregular parts.
