Our engineering team evaluates customer requirements and recommends the most cost-effective model(s) that best balance performance, budget, and production goals. Recommendations include spindle power, torque characteristics, turret configuration, axis travel, and automation readiness.
To validate machine selection and confirm machining time, TengyueCNC offers a demo machining service using customer-provided drawings and designated materials (or approved equivalents). The demo can be performed on-site, recorded for remote review, or conducted via video conference. A validation report including cutting parameters, tooling used, cycle time, and achieved accuracy is provided upon completion.

Once the order is confirmed, TengyueCNC begins assembly and debugging according to the delivery schedule agreed in the contract. Customers receive regular production status updates, including assembly progress, key milestone notifications, and photos or videos upon request, ensuring full transparency throughout the manufacturing process.
TengyueCNC strictly follows a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection procedure. To support fast and trouble-free startup, we provide part programming, tooling selection, setup assistance, and product try-out using workpieces as specified on customer-provided drawings.
Customer-specific requirements can be realized through mutual negotiation.
Final trial machining results can be verified via live video, online meeting, on-site inspection, or shipment of finished samples.
All machines are securely packed in heavy-duty export-grade wooden cases to prevent vibration, moisture, and impact damage during transportation. TengyueCNC also maximizes container space utilization and provides appropriate logistics recommendations to help customers manage rising freight costs effectively.
